Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packager workers for a food manufacturing company in Crookston, MN. What You’ll Do as a Packager:- Operate processing equipment to package pouch, bag, and bulk products efficiently
- Maintain high sanitation standards in work and warehouse areas
- Complete production, safety, and quality reporting paperwork accurately
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on packaging machinery
- Operate forklifts as part of the packaging process
What You Need to Bring to the Packager Role:- 1+ years of related experience preferred (food manufacturing/GMP knowledge is a plus)
- Basic math, reading, writing, and data entry skills; some computer experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good attendance, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Forklift experience preferred
