Job Position: Packager
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53212
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr+ PAYRATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Shift: 1st Shift (6am-2pm)
What You Will Do:
Secure Shipments: Wrap, block, brace, and anchor large industrial parts onto custom skids and wooden crates.
Label & Tag: Affix precise international shipping labels and military-grade compliance tracking tags.
Use Tools: Operate pneumatic staple guns, manual steel strapping tensioners
What You Need:
Experience: Background in manufacturing, industrial assembly, or heavy warehouse packing.
Skills: Strong tape-measure reading skills and basic shop math proficiency.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts and routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
Receiver
What You Will Do:
Unload Freight: Operate heavy-duty forklifts and assist crane operators to unload oversized cargo from flatbeds.
Inspect Shipments: Check incoming machinery for damage and verify counts against paperwork
Stage Materials: Move items to the correct warehouse zones or directly to the Box Shop for crating
What You Need:
Experience: 1–2 years of industrial shipping/receiving or inbound logistics experience.
Licenses: Active forklift certification with experience handling heavy or wide loads.
