Schedule: Day Shift (5:00 AM Start) | 8 10 Hour Shifts | Occasional Saturdays
Pay: $18.00/hr
We are currently hiring Packagers for a brick manufacturing facility in Denton, TX. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced production role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a repetitive, high-volume environment.
Job Duties:
Unload brick from kiln cars after the firing process
Stack bricks into a rotating jig to create finished brick packages
Package up to 250,000 bricks per day in a team environment
Identify different shades of the same brick color (red, gray, etc.)
Maintain quality control and ensure proper stacking and packaging
Work efficiently to meet production goals
Requirements:
Must be physically fit and accustomed to strenuous manual labor
Ability to repeatedly bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish color shades
20/20 vision required (or corrected to 20/20)
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to work outdoors and in a production environment
Must be available for occasional Saturdays

Heavy lifting and repetitive motion
Fast-paced industrial brick yard
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Team-based production setting
