Overview At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are looking to hire a part-time Package Investigations Specialist, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing reasonable resolutions to delivery-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience with compassion and problem-solving. This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. Scheduling: Hours are available between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. You will set your own availability for scheduling with a minimum of 8 hours per week required. Compensation: $16.00 / hour Next available start date: Monday, May 4th Training: You would attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training (which may fall outside of your regularly scheduled hours) in addition to one week of in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.
