Warehouse Package Handler (Part Time, 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities)
Distribution Center: 4980 Gateway Blvd. | Springfield, Ohio
Pay & Financial Perks
Base Starting Pay:$20.13 per hour
Shift Premium: Earn an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd Shift!
Weekly Attendance Bonus: Earn an extra $145 bonus per week! (To qualify, you must work a minimum of 5 hours on at least 2 days of your scheduled work week).
Performance Incentives: Earn more per hour for speed and efficiency (our selectors average 12% to 22% above their base rate through performance incentives and overtime!).
Paid Weekly!
Available Part Time Work Schedules
1st Shift: Starts at 7:30 AM until finish.
Days: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday
2nd Shift: Starts at 7:30 PM until finish.
Days: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday
(Shifts vary daily based on work volume).

About the Role
Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success.
As a Package Handler, you will handle physical, fast paced work that keeps our supply chain moving. No prior experience is required - our dedicated training team will teach you how to safely and efficiently get the job done!
What to expect on the job:
You will be on your feet, moving, scanning and organizing packages for the duration of your shift.
You will regularly lift up to 100 pounds.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, including our multi-temperature zones handling both fresh and frozen products.

Does This Look Like You?
You are 18 years of age or older.
You are available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed (our customers rely on us most during holidays!).
You are comfortable working in extreme cold or hot conditions (we handle fresh, dry, and frozen products).
You can read, write, and communicate effectively in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, and safety signs).
You can successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required!
