Location: Suffolk County, NY
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: $75,000–$80,000
Experience Required: 3–5 Years

A growing consumer products company is seeking a talented Package Designer with experience in CPG, beauty, or personal care packaging. This role is ideal for a creative, highly organized designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop packaging across multiple product lines and SKUs
  • Create original layouts, graphics, and packaging concepts aligned with brand standards and market trends
  • Manage several packaging projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Interpret creative direction and implement feedback efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare print-ready production files for packaging vendors
  • Maintain organized project files, version control, and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while working independently with minimal supervision
  • Ensure all projects are completed within established timelines

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional package design experience within CPG, beauty, personal care, or related industries
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and receptive to feedback
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with high-volume SKU environments
  • Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and packaging finishes
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
