Description
In the assigned job role, your area of responsibility will be as below:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Your Contribution to the Team
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
- The ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
- A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- A passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
