Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the PACE Enrollment Manager, the Enrollment Supervisor is responsible for supervising and assisting with all aspects of planning, development and supervision of the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) enrollment activities to increase enrollment. The Enrollment Supervisor is responsible for supervising and assisting with all initial screenings and for coordination of new participants to the San Diego PACE program. Additionally, this position works closely with the PACE Marketing Manager to implement the program's intake, enrollment, marketing activities and will assist with the design, development and production of marketing and enrollment material.

Required:
2 years of experience in marketing, sales, outreach, or as a community liaison.
2 years supervisory experience in a related setting.
Knowledge of and/or experience with Managed Care Health plans, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, and/or Medicare.
Preferred:
Experience working in a healthcare organization or agency that supports the geriatric population preferred.
Knowledge of PACE marketing regulations (state and federal). Techniques and methods to organize and supervise a department.
Principles and practices of health care service delivery, managed care, health care systems, and medical administration.
Principles and techniques of effective supervision, including training and evaluation of subordinates.
Systems and procedures to efficiently track and trend all sales activity.
Knowledge and/or experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and available resources.
