The Central Valley PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Director of Center Operations (DCO) is responsible for managing all operational aspects for one regional PACE center and associated Alternative Care Site's (ACS's) served by multiple PACE Interdisciplinary Teams (IDT's) to achieve optimum access to services, excellent customer service, quality, cost, and delivery performance in line with the PACE Mission, strategic goals and values, and serves as the liaison between Center, Support Service Management and leadership. This position will provide support to Center, ACS's and Support Service Managers including Clinic/Day Center, Transportation, Home Care, Therapies, Nutrition, 24/7 Nurse Line, Quality, and Social/Behavioral Health to ensure equitable distribution of resources across multiple IDT's. The DCO will act as the lead executive for Regional Center, ACS's and Support Services, has the responsibility for a wide range of disciplines and services provided across multiple PACE IDT's, including all administrative responsibility related to direct operation of multiple PACE IDT's.
This position will work and train at our CV PACE Center in Modesto until the Stockton PACE Center is operational.
Schedule is Monday - Friday, working from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Compensation: $126,214.40 - $146,120.00 Salary

Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Current unencumbered CA Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Current BLS CPR Card certified by American Heart Association.
The DCO RN must have one of the following qualifications:
Master's degree, preferred;
A registered nurse with a baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing or other health related field with three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility;
A registered nurse with four (4) years nursing experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility;
Minimum of five (5) years' experience supervising licensed staff in a healthcare setting.
