    Description

    PAC3 Layup Support Technician
     
    Hours: 1st Shift
    Monday-Thursday 6AM-3:30PM
    Friday 6AM-10AM
     
    Location:
    2700 S Custer Ave
    Wichita, KS 67217
     
    Summary:
    Provides indirect support for operations in our PAC3 Layup Department. Responsible for setting up tools, loading/ moving materials, and providing other support as directed by a supervisor or a lead.
     
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Retrieves, sets up, and loads tools and materials as needed across multiple stages of layup.
    • Forklift operation may be required - can be trained
    • Self-starter, able to work independently and with multiple departments
    • Communicates with co-workers in a team environment effectively, promoting a positive team environment
    • Performs duties in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to safety procedures
    • Maintain an organized/ clean space and equipment
    • Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance, and arrives on time daily
    • Ability to cross train and accept additional responsibilities, including, but not limited to different stages of PAC-3 Layupand vacuum bagging parts. 
    • Performs other related duties as required
     
    Working Conditions and Physical Demands: 
    • Continuous standing on concrete surface.
    • Must be able to lift and move weights with a partner and use “poles” to move weights ranging from 88-125 lbs. 
    • Hand/finger dexterity
    • Visual acuity
    Qualifications:
    • Prior forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
    • Strong communication skills
    • Must have a valid Driver's License
    • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
