PAC Service – Caregiver Wanted
Helping Someone Stay Active, Independent, and Connected!
We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated caregiver to support a client who enjoys getting out into the community, shopping, running errands, and participating in everyday activities.
The ideal caregiver is someone who enjoys working with people, encourages independence, and understands that quality care means more than meeting basic needs—it means helping someone live a fulfilling life.
Responsibilities May Include
- Accompanying the client on shopping trips, errands, and community outings.
- Supporting participation in local activities and community events.
- Encouraging social interaction, independence, and personal choice.
- Providing assistance and supervision as needed to promote safety during outings.
- Helping the client make decisions, build confidence, and participate in everyday life.
- Maintaining a positive, respectful, and encouraging attitude.
- Providing reliable transportation or accompanying the client using approved transportation arrangements, as applicable.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Dependable, patient, and engaging.
- Comfortable in public settings and interacting with the community.
- Proactive, organized, and able to take initiative.
- Supportive without being overprotective.
- Respectful of the client's choices while encouraging safe, appropriate independence.
- Committed to helping the client enjoy meaningful experiences outside the home.
