StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Post-Acute Care Medical Director for a leading national physician services organization in a SNF setting in Prescott, AZ.

Position Highlights:- Serve as SNF Medical Director per CMS F-Tag 841 requirements
- Provide physician oversight: clinical leadership, policy review, attending coverage assurance
- Chair Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) committee
- Oversee infection prevention, antibiotic stewardship, and CMS / state survey readiness
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise attending physicians and APPs
- Maintain a clinical attending caseload in addition to leadership duties
Qualifications:- BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Prior SNF / long-term care experience required
- CMD (Certified Medical Director, AMDA) credential preferred or willingness to obtain within 24 months
- Demonstrated clinical leadership, committee experience, and regulatory familiarity
- Active state license (or eligible) and DEA where applicable
- Board Certification: yes
