- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 8hr shifts, guaranteed 8 hrs/day
- 4 - 6 patients per shift
- PACE program -- adults over 55 exclusively
- Combination of in-clinic and community/home-based patient visits
- BLS certification required
- Geriatric experience required -- PACE experience preferred

From $70.00 to $95.00 hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
