• Mon - Fri; Mon - Thurs 8 am - 4:30 pm, Fri 8 am - 12 pm
• 20 - 25 patients per day -- adults only
• Outpatient neurology clinic setting
• Consults and established patients
• Botox for migraines and EMG/EEG reading if credentialed
• Ongoing coverage potential
