    Job Description:

    Essential Functions:

    · Coordinate employer recruitment events, hiring events, workshops, and onsite employer activities.

    · Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale job fairs and community events.

    · Coordinate event logistics, including employer registration, scheduling, room setup, vendor communication, and event materials.

    · Serve as the primary liaison between the Business Services Team and PA CareerLink® partners to coordinate activities and information sharing.

    · Coordinate and maintain the PA CareerLink® social media presence by working closely with the Digital Media Producer to develop and publish content across multiple platforms.

    · Assist in developing, updating, and distributing Business Services marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

    · Maintain and operate the PA CareerLink® Constant Contact platform and employer communication lists.

    · Maintain inventories of office supplies, promotional materials, and event resources; coordinate purchasing and process purchase orders as needed.

    · Record employer contacts, services, and activities in CWDS and other required tracking systems.

    · Schedule and facilitate employer presentations, orientations, workshops, and seminars.

    · Coordinate scheduling and registration for WorkKeys assessments for participants and employer-referred candidates.

    · Coordinate scheduling and registration for ESL, ABE, CASAS assessments classes with internal staff and partner organizations.

    · Conduct outreach to employers and community organizations to gather and share workforce-related information.

    · Participate in Business Services and Employer Outreach Team meetings by preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and coordinating submissions for monthly market intelligence reports.

    · Maintain community partner directories, employer contact databases, and distribution lists.

    · Represent PA CareerLink® at employer, workforce, and community meetings, conferences, networking events, and outreach activities.

    · Assist leadership with special projects, reporting requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    · Conduct internal quality assurance or ISO-related audits as assigned.

    · Perform other duties as assigned.
