Bring your scheduling expertise to a high-impact, facility-focused capital project environment in Naples, FL, with the opportunity to help drive execution from FID readiness through commissioning and handover. In this P6 Scheduler / Project Controls Scheduler opportunity, you’ll play a critical Owner-side role building an integrated master CPM schedule that leadership can trust for decision-making and risk management.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this P6 Scheduler / Project Controls Schedulerposition include:
- Minimum 7-10 years of project scheduling/project controls experience on industrial, manufacturing, process, energy, infrastructure, or comparable capital projects.
- Experience working on $40 million dollar plus projects
- Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional (P6), including developing and maintaining integrated CPM master schedules.
- Experience developing and maintaining integrated EPC, EPCM, design-build, or Owner-managed capital project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
- Ability to review and challenge contractor/vendor schedules, including logic, critical path, progress, schedule risk, and completion forecasts.
- Develop and maintain an integrated Primavera P6 Level 3 master schedule with Level 4 detail where required across engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and handover.
- Establish project WBS and scheduling architecture, including activity logic, relationships, constraints, calendars, durations, leads/lags, and schedule coding.
- Establish and maintain key milestones (FID, NTP, engineering, IFC, procurement, construction, mechanical completion, Ready for Commissioning, Ready for Startup, and Commercial Operations) and maintain disciplined baseline-change control.
- Provide regular schedule updates, variance analysis, look-aheads (two-week, four-week, six-week, and 90-day), executive reporting, and schedule quality reviews.
Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
