Were looking for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys helping existing clients and recognizes when a service conversation creates an opportunity to recommend additional protection.

In this remote role, youll combine personal lines account service with inside salesbuilding trust, supporting retention, and growing client relationships through thoughtful coverage reviews and bundling opportunities.

Youll join a team that values initiative, collaboration, and client care, with coaching to help you strengthen both your service and sales skills.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Your Mission: Build Relationships, Protect Clients, and Grow Their Business With Us

This remote role combines personal lines account management with inside sales. Youll help existing clients with their insurance needs, build lasting relationships, and identify opportunities to retain and expand their business with our agency.

We provide coaching on how to turn everyday service conversations into meaningful coverage discussions. You bring attentive service, sound judgment, and the confidence to recommend additional protection and ask for the business when it fits the clients needs.

What We Expect From You:

• Grow Existing Relationships: Identify opportunities to bundle policies and add appropriate coverage within our existing client base.
• Provide Responsive Service: Answer coverage questions, assist with policy changes, and follow through on client requests.
• Conduct Proactive Coverage Reviews: Connect with clients to understand changes in their lives, review existing protection, and identify potential coverage gaps.
• Support Client Retention: Listen to concerns, explain available options, and work to resolve issues that could cause clients to leave.
• Meet Sales and Service Expectations: Work toward monthly sales goals while maintaining timely, accurate client support.
• Stay Organized: Document conversations in our CRM, maintain follow-up tasks, and keep sales opportunities moving alongside service requests.
• Maintain Accuracy: Gather complete information, process policy changes carefully, and follow carrier underwriting and documentation requirements.
• Contribute to the Team: Share insights, welcome coaching, and help teammates deliver a consistent client experience.
