Owner's Representative - Real Estate Development

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth area

A growing real estate developer in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an Owner's Representative to guide projects from early planning through move-in. You will protect budget, schedule, and quality on behalf of the owner.

What You'll Do

• Represent the owner on development projects from concept through closeout
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors, and consultants
• Track budgets, schedules, and contracts, and flag risks early
• Review pay applications, change orders, and design documents
• Report project status clearly to leadership and investors
• Help shape future projects with lessons learned

What You Bring

• Project management experience in construction, as an owner's rep, developer, or GC
• A solid understanding of budgets, contracts, and the design and construction process
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Comfort holding contractors and consultants accountable, professionally
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
