Owner's Representative

A growing owner-side project management group in North Texas is looking for an Owner's Representative to guide commercial construction projects on behalf of its clients. You'll be the owner's voice from early planning through closeout, helping every project stay on budget, on schedule and built right.

What You'll Do

• Represent the owner on commercial projects from planning and design through construction and closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules and project risk, and keep stakeholders informed with clear reporting
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors and consultants
• Review pay applications, change orders and contracts
• Lead project meetings and keep decisions and action items moving
• Oversee punch lists, turnover and warranty items

What You Bring

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor, owner or owner's rep firm
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, scheduling and construction contracts
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort managing several projects at once
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field is a plus
