Description

Lead a Flagship Hospital BuildThe Senior Project Manager will serve as the dedicated on-site leader for a major hospital construction project. Lead full lifecycle delivery as the Senior Project Manager. Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Act as the primary on-site decision maker for a large hospital campus. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor progress and proactively resolve risks, delays, and issues. Manage budgets, approve invoices, and control overall project costs. Negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and healthcare regulations. Conduct quality control inspections and enforce construction standards. Provide executive-level updates to leadership and stakeholders. Develop and drive risk mitigation strategies.
