Description
The Owner's Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
Leading projects end-to-end, from preconstruction advisory through closeout
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivery
Overseeing budgets, schedules, and project performance using internal tracking tools and dashboards
Managing and coordinating architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Providing strategic guidance and owner's representation to protect client interests
Supporting and mentoring junior project managers and team members
Contributing to business development efforts and help generate new client opportunities
Ensuring compliance with all project requirements, standards, and timelines
Strong track record handling projects from preconstruction through completion
Experience in owner's representation or client-side project management preferred
Ability to lead teams while independently managing multiple projects
Demonstrated business development or client relationship skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
Based within commuting distance of Alexandria, VA, with hybrid flexibility
