Owner's Rep Senior Project Manager - Corporate InteriorsThe Owner's Rep Senior Project Manager - Corporate Interiors will be responsible for:Lead multiple projects end-to-end, from preconstruction/advisory through closeoutAct as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout lifecycleManage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and overall project deliveryIdentify risks early and implement mitigation strategiesOversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and executionRun project meetings and provide detailed reporting to stakeholdersReview and approve contracts, change orders, and financial documentationMentor and support junior team members while driving team performanceContribute to business development by building relationships and identifying new opportunitiesSupport proposals, client presentations, and pursuit strategiesThe Owner's Rep Senior Project Manager - Corporate Interiors should have:10+ years of construction/project management or owner's rep experienceStrong background delivering corporate office/interiors projects (tech, law, etc.)Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completionExperience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-6 at a time)Established AEC network with demonstrated ability to bring in new workStrong leadership skills with experience overseeing and mentoring teamsProficient in Microsoft 365 and BluebeamSolid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contractsDegree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field preferredPMP or CCM certification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to travel to project sites and attend client meetings as requiredOwner's Rep Senior Project Manager - Corporate Interiors may receive:Competitive base salary: $145K-$165KAnnual performance-based bonus tied to revenue and metrics20 days PTO + 12 paid holidays100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision (employee)401(k) with 4% company matchMileage + cell phone reimbursementPaid professional development and certifications$500 home office technology allowanceHybrid work model (Friday remote)
