ROLE
The Regional Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles, with a focus on the US market. This role emphasizes talent sourcing, process optimization, and market intelligence to enhance hiring outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow-up for direct hires
· Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and recommend enhancements to improve hiring quality and candidate experience
· Source talent for Alibaba Cloud’s international roles across multiple regions, with a focus on the US
· Utilize diverse international recruitment methods to attract candidates and meet hiring targets
· Monitor employment trends in key regions and assist leadership with periodic industry analyses
· Contribute to reporting through talent interviews, providing insights into market trends, company structures, and sector-specific talent landscapes
· Support employer branding initiatives, including presentations, technical events, and employee referral programs
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition methodologies
· Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
· Experience using various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools
· Demonstrated ability to apply diverse sourcing strategies
· Strong analytical mindset
· Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin
PREFFERED QUALIFICATION
· Experience recruiting in cloud technology or data center environments
· Ability to build talent pipelines and improve recruitment processes
· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills
· Excellent client service and communication abilities
