Description

ABM Industries is seeking a dynamic and experienced Aviation Operations Manager to oversee and optimize aviation-related operations within our organization. The Aviation Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of aviation services, including ground handling, passenger services, cargo operations, and related activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and best practices, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Annual Salary Range: $75,000 per year Shift: Hours 9:00pm-7:30am

The pay listed is the salary for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

  • Bachelor''s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's degree is preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, industry standards, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and aviation-related software systems
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and travel as needed
  • Aviation experience is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced airport setting, requiring frequent walking and standing.
  • May involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and airport noise.
