Job Description

Aramark Facilities Management is hiring an experienced Overnight Floor Care Supervisor to lead specialized floor care operations at the University of New Hampshire.

This position is built for someone who truly knows commercial floor care. We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience maintaining large commercial or institutional facilities, not general housekeeping experience alone.

If you have experience stripping and refinishing VCT, burnishing high-traffic floors, carpet extraction, and operating professional floor care equipment in environments like universities, hospitals, airports, schools, casinos, hotels, or large corporate buildings, this role was designed for your background.

This is a hands-on overnight leadership role where you will oversee floor care projects across campus while leading a small overnight crew. The right candidate takes pride in producing clean, polished, professional-looking floors and understands what quality floor care work should look like in large public-facing buildings. This is an opportunity to join a stable university environment with strong compensation, consistent overnight scheduling, leadership responsibility, and long-term career growth within a national facilities organization.

  • Pay range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
  • Full-time overnight position

  • Assign nightly work and monitor completion
  • Train employees on floor care procedures, equipment usage, and safety standards

Quality Control and Project Execution

  • Manage a structured floor care calendar and complete projects on time

Equipment, Supplies, and Safety

  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
