Spurwink is hiring an Overnight Crisis Worker for our soon-to-open Lewiston Crisis Center, which offers a warm, welcoming environment for individuals ages 14+ experience urgent behavioral health needs. As an alternative to hospitalization or law enforcement intervention, we provide stabilization, observation, assessment, and short-term intervention in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive environment - open 24/7, 365 days a year, promoting safety, dignity, and recovery.DUTIES:Maintain client records and documentation according to Spurwink, billing, regulatory, and licensing standards including assessments, Individual Service Plans, progress notes, and quarterly reviews.Oversee implementation of Individual Service Plan, monitor and document progress.Maintain regular contact with team members and other community professionals involved with client.Identify and assess physical and behavioral health-related risk factors and ensure that clients and families are aware of all community services and resources. Assist families in accessing resources.Provide support through phone contact and face-to-face meetings through home visits and community outreach.QUALIFICATIONS:MHRT-C certification or MHRT-C eligible, or a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor or Employment Specialist, or a Certified or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
