About the Role:North Georgia Angel House Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Overnight Child Enrichment Specialist to support and empower teenage girls at our Canton, GA facility. Responsibilities:- Provide overnight supervision and a safe, supportive environment for teenage girls in residential care
- Routine cleaning is required
- Administer Medication
- Implement enrichment activities that promote emotional, social, and personal development
- Monitor and respond to the physical and emotional needs of residents throughout the night
- Enforce house rules and boundaries with consistency, fairness, and compassion
- Document incidents, behaviors, and progress through accurate and timely reporting
- Collaborate with daytime staff, case managers, and counselors to ensure continuity of care
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for teenage girls in the program
Requirements:- Experience working with at-risk youth, adolescents, or in residential care settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with teenagers
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in high-stress or crisis situations
- Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working overnight shifts
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in social work, psychology, or related field a plus
- Must pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Must be able to work rotating weekends
