We're looking for an Overnight Bellman / Valet for Lennox Hotel Miami Beach! Someone with a polished, guest-first attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the confidence to handle luxury vehicles and deliver a flawless arrival and departure experience, overnight.

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm, gracious, and professional welcome and farewell to all guests, using guest names whenever possible to create a personalized and memorable first and last impression.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver service in a proactive, intuitive manner, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience at all times.
• Provide meticulous luggage assistance, handling all items with the utmost care, efficiency, and attention to detail from arrival through departure.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles, demonstrating exceptional care and awareness when handling luxury and high-value automobiles.
• Conduct a comprehensive inspection of each guest vehicle every time it is received for parking, regardless of prior registration, carefully documenting and reporting any pre-existing or newly observed damage in accordance with established procedures.
• Escort guests to their rooms when appropriate, offering a refined orientation of room features, amenities, and services in a polished and engaging manner.
• Operate golf carts to transport guests to destinations within a one-mile radius, ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable journey while maintaining engaging and professional interaction.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the property, its amenities, and the surrounding area in order to provide thoughtful recommendations and accurate directions.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation at the valet stand, valet area, lobby entrance, and bell storage areas at all times.
• Safeguard guest belongings and vehicles with the highest level of integrity, discretion, and accountability.
• Respond promptly and graciously to all guest requests, coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Inspect and maintain all equipment, including luggage carts and golf carts, ensuring they are clean, fully operational, and reflective of luxury standards.

• Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record and demonstrated ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including luxury and manual transmission automobiles, with confidence and care.
• Proven ability to operate golf carts and related equipment safely while maintaining a high level of guest comfort and professionalism during transport.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests in a polished, courteous, and anticipatory manner.
• Strong attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to vehicle inspections, ensuring all pre-existing or newly observed damage is accurately identified, documented, and communicated.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and equipment exceeding 50 pounds, while maintaining poise and professionalism.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, managing multiple priorities without compromising service standards.
• Knowledge of the local area, with the ability to confidently provide directions, recommendations, and transportation within a one-mile radius of the property.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business demands.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a polished and service-oriented demeanor.
• Professional level of English and Spanish required.

Work Location: 100% on-site, in-house position at the assigned work location.

FLSA Classification: Hourly non-exempt position, with benefits according to the company handbook.
