Accurate Door is hiring an Overhead Doors and Docks Salesperson who can generate revenue, win new accounts, grow maintenance agreements, and help expand the commercial side of the business. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows the commercial door world, understands how to build relationships, and is also open to more proactive, modern business development.

You will drive commercial growth through a mix of relationship-building, estimating, follow-up, account development, and closing work. The right person will bring sales strength, industry credibility, and the ability to adapt to a more forward-thinking approach that includes outbound effort, systems, and measurable performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate commercial service and project revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and accounts
  • Turn estimates into booked jobs at a strong close rate
  • Grow planned maintenance agreements
  • Prospect for new business and help expand market presence
  • Coordinate with operations and technicians to support customer satisfaction
  • Track pipeline activity and performance against goals

Qualifications

  • Commercial garage door industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven sales success in service, projects, or account growth
  • Strong estimating, follow-up, and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable using technology and open to new business development methods
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven
  • Valid driver's license and professional presentation

Pay and Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Pay Base: 65k - 90k base on experience + commission 
  • Strong performers may have realistic earnings potential in the $100,000-$200,000+ range
