Over the Road (OTR) Driver

• Minimum 2 years of recent OTR driving experience 
• Valid CDL A license
• Acceptable driving record in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Ability to pass required drug screening and comply with safety regulations
• Must meet all applicable federal, state, and local employment and transportation requirements.

Compensation:

•  Up to $0.75 per mile (based on verifiable experience and driving record)
• 3000+ miles weekly
• Weekly direct deposit
• Performance-bonus available
• Additional Compensation:
• Additional pay for extra stops, detention time, layovers, and safety performance (details provided during recruiting)

• Late-model tractors with automatic transmission(22'-25')
• Dry van freight only

Responsibilities:

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle (CDL A) safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations
• Transport freight over long distances according to assigned routes and schedules
• Conduct pre-trip, in-transit, and post-trip inspections of equipment
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation in accordance with DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, or issues
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents promptly
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
• Provide professional and courteous interactions with customers and partners
