ODYSSEIA Inc. is an established carrier with 5 years of experience in the U.S. and Canadian transportation markets. We are looking for reliable Sprinter Van, Cargo Van, and 12–14 ft Box Truck owner-operators to join our network as Independent Contractors.
We offer consistent freight, competitive rates, and the flexibility to run your business your way.
- What We Offer
- $1.20 per loaded mile for local loads
- $0.90–$1.00 per loaded mile for long-haul loads, depending on the lane and distance
- Freight throughout the U.S. and Canada
- Local, Regional, and OTR opportunities
- No forced dispatch
- No-touch freight
- Flexible scheduling
- $30/hour detention pay
- $150/night layover pay
- Non-exclusive Independent Contractor Agreement

Job Responsibilities
- Provide good and professional service to our clients.
- Use the Odysseia application for load information, updates, and communication.
- Deliver all loads safely and on time.
- Keep the company informed about the load and any delays or problems.
- Work well and cooperate with dispatchers, tracking team and company staff.
- Follow company rules, safety rules, and transportation laws.
- Keep the truck and equipment clean, safe, and in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Own a 2016 or newer Cargo Van or Sprinter. Rental vehicles are not accepted.
- Minimum cargo space: 120 × 50 × 50 inches (L × W × H).
- No MC number or operating authority is required.
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience.
- Provide a current driving record.
- Van must have no decals, stickers, or company logos.
- Install and use required tracking apps, including Macropoint and Trucker Tools.
- Additional certifications, if applicable: TWIC, TSA, and Hazmat.
