About the Role\n
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to become the face of PuroClean throughout Ellis County and the surrounding communities.
\n
This is not a high-pressure sales role.
\n
Success comes from building long-term relationships with insurance professionals, plumbers, property managers, commercial businesses, municipalities, and other referral partners who trust PuroClean to care for their customers.
\n

What You'll Do\n
- \n
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agencies, plumbers, property managers, Realtors®, restoration partners, commercial property managers, municipalities, and community organizations.
- \n
- Schedule and conduct Lunch & Learn presentations.
- \n
- Develop and manage a Top 25 referral partner list.
- \n
- Consistently prospect and build new referral relationships throughout your territory.
- \n
- Attend networking events, Chamber functions, referral groups, and community events.
- \n
- Represent PuroClean professionally throughout the community.
- \n
- Document activities and opportunities within our CRM.
- \n
- Work closely with operations to ensure referral partners receive an exceptional customer experience.
- \n
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach.
- \n
- Assist in growing our commercial restoration program through Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Emergency Response Planning (ERP) after establishing a strong residential referral network.

Qualifications\n
Preferred qualifications include:
\n
- \n
- 2+ years of business development, outside sales, account management, community outreach, healthcare liaison, senior living sales, or relationship management experience.
- \n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- \n
- Self-motivated with excellent time management.
- \n
- Comfortable networking and speaking with groups.
- \n
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- \n
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- \n
- CRM experience is preferred but not required.
