Job Summary
Maximum Fasteners is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow new business and expand existing accounts in our territory. This is a field sales role for someone who knows the fastener industry, builds lasting customer relationships, and consistently closes deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and account management
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
• Assist with local pick-ups and drop-offs

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of fastener sales experience
• Proven sales experience to OEM and MRO companies
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements
• Must be able to lift 50 lb boxes or more
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus

Compensation: Commission pay
