Position: Outside Sales Representative (Hunter Mentality)

Territory: South Texas ( San Antonio, Austin, Houston) - Remote/Field-Based

Travel: Up to 6 nights per month

What You'll Do:

As an Outside Sales Rep, you'll operate like a territory CEO--developing your customer base, creating opportunities, and driving serious revenue. This is a chance to build your own pipeline while expanding an already-established book of business in a high-demand industry.

Your Mission:

• Own and grow your territory in South Texas ( San Antonio, Austin, Houston)
• Hunt down new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
• Develop strong relationships with insulation contractors, distributors, and industrial clients
• Deliver product demos and offer expert technical support
• Represent AFCAT at trade shows, networking events, and client site visits
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service--but the field is yours to lead

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction or industrial supply preferred)
• A proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
• Comfortable with travel across your territory up to 6 night per month
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with insulation, construction, or industrial distribution is a strong advantage
