We specialize in restoring kitchen cabinets damaged by water or fire. Our process allows us to remove, restore, and reinstall cabinets while preserving existing countertops whenever possible. We work closely with homeowners, mitigation companies, and insurance adjusters to help move restoration projects forward and reduce disruption in the home.


About the Position


We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and dependable professional to grow our referral network while supporting daily office operations. This position combines outside sales and relationship building with scheduling, customer communication, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable meeting potential referral partners in the field and keeping details organized in the office.


Key Responsibilities


Outside Sales and Business Development

• Build and maintain referral relationships with mitigation companies, restoration contractors, insurance professionals, property managers, and other potential partners.
• Make regular prospecting calls and in-person visits to introduce our cabinet restoration services.
• Explain the benefits of cabinet restoration and identify opportunities for our team to evaluate.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, estimates, and potential projects.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry meetings, and community functions.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, sales activities, and follow-up commitments.
• Work with ownership to establish and meet sales and referral development goals.

Office and Project Coordination

• Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and respond to customer inquiries.
• Schedule consultations, site visits, cabinet removal, and installation appointments.
• Coordinate communication among homeowners, referral partners, insurance adjusters, and the production team.
• Create and maintain customer files, project records, and supporting documentation.
• Track project progress and communicate scheduling updates.
• Assist with estimates, proposals, invoices, and payment follow-up as directed.
• Maintain office supplies and support other daily administrative needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or customer service.
• Established connections with insurance adjusters and mitigation companies are a big plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop lasting professional relationships.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sales activities and office responsibilities with competing priorities.
• Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and customer management software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a small team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for appointments and networking.
• Experience in restoration, construction, cabinetry, insurance, or home services is preferred.
