Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, freight, trucking, or industrial services
• Proven ability to generate new business and build a customer pipeline
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and in-person client visits
• Strong understanding of freight, transportation services, and customer shipping needs
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with shippers, manufacturers, contractors, and commercial accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage territory growth
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer activity
• Ability to meet sales goals, revenue targets, and performance metrics
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally for customer meetings and business development

Shifts:

• Monday-Friday 
• 8am-5pm
• Occasional Travel
