    We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Outside Sales professional to build and grow a territory within the industrial fluid process market. This role is ideal for someone with fluid systems and pump expertise who enjoys hunting for new business, developing customer relationships, and closing sales. Experience with centrifugal, rotary gear, PC, positive displacement, and chemical pumps is highly valued.

    Essential Functions

    • Partner with sales management to develop a territory sales plan, identify prospects, and drive new business
    • Manage the full sales cycle - prospecting, lead qualification, cold calling, presentations, proposals, quotations, and closing sales
    • Build strong customer relationships by understanding fluid process applications and providing the right pump and system solutions
    • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Master Pumps & Power products, applications, features, and benefits
    • Use CRM, sales tools, and other resources to effectively manage your time, territory, and sales pipeline

    Experience, Education and Skills

    • HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 2+ years of industrial sales experience with fluid process equipment; experience with centrifugal, rotary gear, PC, positive displacement, or chemical pumps strongly preferred
    • Strong knowledge of process and system hydraulics
    • Proven track record of sales growth and closing business
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prospecting, relationship-building, and sales skills
    • Ability to build customer rapport, identify opportunities, and close sales
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
    • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
    • Must live within the assigned geographic territory or surrounding area
