Our client is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to help grow their commercial HVAC/mechanical services business. This is a true business development opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, developing new accounts, and turning relationships into revenue.

This is NOT a traditional account management role. We're looking for someone who is energized by the chase, comfortable creating their own opportunities, and motivated by results.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a strategy for identifying and winning new customers
• 
  
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and other business development activities

• Build relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, contractors, and other key decision-makers
• 
  
• Identify customer needs and present HVAC/mechanical service solutions
• 
  
• Develop proposals and manage the sales process from initial conversation through close
• 
  
• Grow existing relationships while continuously creating new opportunities
• 
  
• Partner with operations and service teams to ensure a strong customer experience
• 
  
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently work toward revenue goals
• 
  

What We're Looking For:

• 
  
• Proven success in outside sales, business development, or service sales
• 
  
• A true hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business
• 
  
• Experience selling HVAC, mechanical, facilities, construction, building services, or another B2B service is highly preferred
• 
  
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• 
  
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing business from the ground up
• 
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• 
  
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented

• Ability to manage a territory and sales pipeline independently
