Identify potential OEM customers via networking, referrals, cold calls, email campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.
Build and maintain relationships with engineering, supply chain, operations, and executive decision-makers.
Assess customer opportunities and collaborate with internal estimating and engineering teams to coordinate RFQs.
Showcase current manufacturing capabilities and value propositions to potential clients.
Oversee the sales pipeline from initial lead generation to contract finalization and onward into production.
Achieve or surpass sales and gross margin goals.
Participate in trade shows, visit customers, and attend industry networking events.
Collaborate closely with engineering, program management, quality, and operations to guarantee a smooth onboarding process for customers.
Develop, update, and maintain written progress reports and plans for acquiring new and potential clients.
Arrange and execute a follow-up meeting with the client to assess customer satisfaction.
