Youll earn a guaranteed hourly wage while we train you to prospect, build rapport, handle objections, and close - through hands-on field coaching and the SPI Sales Academy. Then youll put it to work selling fast, reliable internet in assigned neighborhoods where service is already live. Your hourly pay doesnt disappear if you dont sell. Commission stacks on top.

What you get

The schedule Tuesday-Saturday · ~35 paid hours/week

Tue-Fri: ~1:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Saturday: ~10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Four evening shifts and Saturdays are required. Meetings and training happen inside your paid hours. Outside sales works when people are home. This is not a 9-to-5.
