This role serves as a key representative of the company promoting inspection services while providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals. Candidates will receive support from a team with strong technicalexpertisein the Fire Protection and Security industry so prior industry experience is helpful but notrequired. The position focuses on developing new client relationships and onboarding customers in the Corning NY area.What You Will Do 3-5Leadthe promotion of mandatory firesprinkler firealarm specialhazardsand fire extinguisher inspectionsTakea proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation byleveragingcold calling networking and referrals toidentifynew opportunitiesCultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers understanding theirneedsand providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyaltyExecute comprehensive site surveys negotiate inspection agreements and secure signed customer contracts to driveinspection business.Collaborate with the Corporate Inspection Sales Leader Team Lead and branch office to develop effective sales strategiesestablishambitious goals andattainrevenue and margin targets.Prepare and review sales reports forecasts and other documentation in collaboration with Corporate Inspection Sales Leader and branchPursue ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance industry knowledge and refinesalesBasic RequirementsProventrack recordof success in outside sales with a minimum of 2 years of experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office productsHigh school diploma GEDrequired degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.Preferred QualificationsStrong communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers at all levelsSelf-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team while managing time efficiently.Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.Benefits and CompensationThe pay range is60000-80000 depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.
