This is in-person, B2B field sales: you'll work your own territory, meet local business owners face-to-face, and show them how a fixed-rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates.

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | OTE $75K–$100K+

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Cincinnati area to represent Constellation Energy — the nation's largest producer of carbon-free energy, powering millions of homes and businesses across the country.
 
This is in-person, B2B field sales: you'll work your own territory, meet local business owners face-to-face, and show them how a fixed-rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates. Full-time W-2 with guaranteed base pay — your income grows with your performance, with no ceiling.

The Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with decision makers and building relationships while offering industry leading energy services to their business.
• Provide decision makers with the necessary information needed for them to make an informed decision when choosing their energy provider
• This is a full-time, face-to-face, B2B sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.

Qualifications 

• Self-starter who enjoys putting in a good day’s work

• Innovative & eager to put forth new ideas 
• Flexible with the ability to react and adjust accordingly 
• Outside sales experience & Energy knowledge preferred but not required 
• Willing to drive from business to business; must have reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License 

Work Schedule 

• Full-time – 8 hours a day 
• Monday to Friday with weekend work available 
• Typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible
