Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated
Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and drive commercial HVAC sales within an assigned territory.
Previous HVAC industry experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain commercial HVAC customer relationships.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing and follow-up.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with service, installation, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems.
- Monitor market conditions and identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- HVAC experience, especially in sales, preferred
- Minimum of 1year experience outside sales, business development, or account management required
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Compensation
$60,000-$75,000 per year + uncapped commission
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and sales expertise.
