Outside Sales Representative – Salary + Commission or Full Commission

Garcia Roofing is one of the most recognized residential roofing companies in the area. We’re hiring Outside Sales Representatives to sell roof repairs and replacements, then manage their sold projects through completion.

Compensation:

• Choose between salary plus commission or full commission
• Current reps are averaging an annualized pace of approximately $133,000
• Most are on pace to earn $80,000–$125,000+
• Top performers are on pace to earn $200,000+
• $500 per week in training pay for the first eight weeks (for Full Commission Only)
• Use an approved personal truck and receive a $500 monthly vehicle allowance plus a higher commission rate

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, measure, and estimate residential roofs
• Meet with homeowners, present options, and close sales
• Consistently follow up with leads and customers
• Manage every job you sell through completion
• Serve as the homeowner’s primary point of contact
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
• Support operations during slower periods, canvass

What You’ll Need

• Strong follow-up habits and the ability to stay organized with leads and customers
• Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to manage appointments, follow-ups, and sold projects independently
• Sales or construction experience preferred, but not required
