R3 Roofing & Exteriors is recruiting for our January 2027 Outside Sales Representative Training Class in the Quad Cities!

We're looking for outgoing, motivated, hardworking individuals who want an opportunity to develop sales skills, increase their earning potential, and grow with an established, family-owned roofing and storm restoration company.

You don't need previous sales or roofing experience to get started.

We provide paid training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the business and develop the confidence to succeed.

WHAT DOES A SETTER DO?

As an Outside Sales Representative I (Setter), you'll work throughout the Quad Cities and surrounding communities, connecting with homeowners and introducing R3's complimentary property inspection services.

Your job is to create opportunities for our experienced sales professionals.

You will not climb roofs, perform property inspections, or assess storm damage.

When a homeowner agrees to an inspection, you'll pass the opportunity to an Outside Sales Representative II (Closer), who conducts the inspection and guides the homeowner through the next steps.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Connect with homeowners through door-to-door outreach.
• Offer complimentary property inspections.
• Generate qualified leads and communicate with your assigned Closer.
• Build rapport and positive relationships with homeowners.
• Represent R3 professionally throughout the community.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development.
• Continue building your sales skills and industry knowledge.

No previous roofing or sales experience required!

$500 NEW HIRE BONUS

New team members are eligible for a $500 New Hire Bonus after successfully completing 90 days with R3 Roofing & Exteriors, provided they are actively working with R3 and in good standing at the time of payment.

IMPORTANT POSITION DETAILS

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Independent contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations and are not eligible for company-sponsored employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.

All offers are contingent upon successfully completing a background check.
