Electrical connector manufacture requires an outside sales representative to cover rail and transit customers with some overlap into the military customers. Travel will be required for face-to-face visits and customer development. Some electrical knowledge would be helpful but not required. Any background with electrical connectors is a huge benefit.
Your Tasks
- You will provide a more direct interface for our product and solutions alongside the traditional agent-distributor model.
- You will be working and further develop our distributors end customers and OEMs in targeted high potential industries through a strategic approach.
- You will be actively traveling the assigned East and Northeast territory to meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.
- You will take ownership in managing your territory and act responsively like a business owner.
- As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be a resource to our sales channels in customer requests, customer service, and technical questions.
