Visionary Ventures is hiring a relationship-driven Outside Sales Rep to join our growing real estate investment team on Long Island and Suffolk County.

We give you the appointments.You close the deals.

Here, the leads are provided. Homeowners have already raised their hand and expressed interest. Your job is to show up, build trust, understand their situation, present solutions, negotiate, and close.

No door-knocking.No cold calling.No buying leads.Just face-to-face conversations with motivated homeowners, and uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Meet homeowners at pre-set appointments across Suffolk County
• Quickly build rapport and uncover their real motivation
• Present cash offers and creative solutions
• Negotiate and guide them through the decision
• Follow up and close
• Work closely with our acquisitions team to create win-win outcomes

This is pure relationship-based sales. You’re helping people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, while building a serious income.

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced real estate professionals who are tired of the traditional grind:

• Real Estate Agents / Realtors
• Listing Agents or Buyer’s Agents
• Car/ Insurance/ Roofing Sales Professional
• Investment specialists
• Mortgage professionals
• New construction sales
• Or any high-level salesperson who can close and wants a better system

Real estate experience is preferred, but exceptional closers with the right attitude will be considered.

Compensation

• Paid training for the first 90 days
• Uncapped commissions
• Realistic path to six figures for strong performers
• Your income scales with results, no artificial ceiling

Requirements

• Live in or near Suffolk County / Long Island
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Comfortable with face-to-face sales and emotional conversations
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to work some evenings/weekends
