Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our Panama City branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with experience selling to builders and contractors. You will be responsible for managing and growing a diverse portfolio of exterior and interior products, leveraging our extensive range to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders and contractors.
• Promote and sell a variety of exterior and interior building products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your book of business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of building products and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
