Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, and experienced in face-to-face selling, with a strong background in door-to-door sales. This role requires building relationships with prospective customers, generating new business, and closing sales while representing our company with professionalism and integrity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting and door-to-door sales efforts.
  • Meet with residential and/or commercial customers to present products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and sales events as required.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Qualifications

  • Previous outside sales or door-to-door sales experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self-discipline.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
