Job Summary
Vision Marketing is looking for motivated and outgoing Energy Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners to educate them about our energy plans and help them choose the option that best fits their needs. No prior sales EXPERIENCE is required-we provide full training, ongoing coaching and an opportunities for rapid advancement.  If you're self-motivated, coachable, enjoy working with people and want unlimited earning potential, we'd love to meet you. 

Responsibilities 

• Build relationships with your team and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Authorize to work in the U.S. 
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
